Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Delivery:

  • PowerSimulator is provided as Software as a Service.

  • Customers will receive detailed instructions on how to access and use PowerSimulator according to what was agreed in their contract.

2. License Subscription:

  • Start and duration of the license will be established on the contract.

3. Customer Support:

  • We provide customer support during regular business hours through various channels (email, phone, etc.).

4. Updates and Upgrades:

  • Critical updates will be installed as soon as possible in coordination with customers.

  • Upgrades will be coordinated with customers to make sure it does not interfere with their training.

5. Billing and Invoicing:

  • Invoices for subscription renewals are sent to customers in advance of the renewal date.

7. Data Security and Privacy:

  • Our website does not collect personal data.

  • Regular security updates and patches are applied to ensure the protection of customer data.

8. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • PowerSimulator is provided as SaaS, there are no refunds.

9. Service Downtime:

  • We strive to maintain high availability, but occasional downtime for maintenance may occur.

10. Communication:

  • We communicate important updates, changes, and announcements through email or phone.

  • Customers are encouraged to keep their contact information up-to-date to receive critical notifications.

11. Governing Terms:

  • This fulfillment policy is subject to our terms of service, which govern the relationship between PowerData and its customers.
